About the event
In September 2019, Run4auckland was born, a community created to provide a judgment-free and welcoming environment for all fitness levels. With members from all over the world, we will be celebrating 5 years together on September 22nd.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN?
We will do a unique treasure hunt run, where we will divide into 3 groups and each group needs to find 3 clues spread across the city center to finish the run. Additionally, everyone who registers for the event will be encouraged to participate in the picnic and bring something from their home country. Our team will organize everything so that we can celebrate together and have a picnic when we come back from the run.
We will have an amazing surprise on the day which will be shared by email only with those who register for the event.
PICNIC INSTRUCTIONS:
- Bring what you can, and don't worry about bringing too much, ideally you should bring anything for a maximum of 5 people to consume.
- Do not bring anything hot, that needs to be preheated, or prepared on site. Whatever you bring needs to be ready for consumption.
- You will be responsible for the waste created, so make sure you collect everything you bring.
- If you have a commitment and cannot stay for the picnic, bring items that will help others, such as: disposable cups or plates, or paper towels.
